The legacy of this work both reflects on our 46+ years of tenure, and envisions our commitment and responsibility to the next seven generations. This legacy is to Be a Good Ancestor. Therefore, we do our part by advancing Indigenous Peoples’ self-determination through the frontline work we support.

Seventh Generation Fund has partnered with thousands of Indigenous community-based organizations. This has spanned 6 continents and countless Indigenous communities. This reflects our growing commitment to expand and deepen relationships throughout the Indigenous World. In the brief history of this organization, we have been witness and contributor to such necessary and critical advances for social and cultural justice since the late ’70s.
