Sandra Creamer
Sandra Creamer is a Waanyi/Kalkadoon Indigenous woman from Australia. She serves as the CEO of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women’s Alliance. Sandra is also a lawyer and Adjunct Professor in Public Health at the University of Queensland.
In this video, Sandra shares her personal views on human rights and the barriers faced by Indigenous Peoples around the world. She discusses the Doctrine of Discovery, histories of contact and colonization, as well as the resiliency of Indigenous Peoples.
