Red Papers are self-determined storytelling. A publishing branch of Seventh Generation Fund for Indigenous Peoples, Red papers encompass compositions by and for Indigenous Peoples, featuring a variety of discourse: issue advocacy, scholarly essays, transcribed speeches, poetry, and more. All such works facilitate story sharing, steeped in traditional knowledge systems, Indigenous survivance, and community solutions to ongoing colonization and associated issues across the indigenous World. Red Papers embody Indigenous Peoples’ self-determination and serve to inform non-Indigenous perspectives and allies.
